The Barbi Powers Workout
Dance Instructor Barbi Powers focuses her brilliant instruction on the most popular movements of Modern Dance and Ballet. The workout challenges you by incorporating fluid dance movements that are gracefully designed to teach the Intermediate to Advanced dance students. Each new dance posture is repeated multiple times until every movement is layered together on each respected side of the body. At the conclusion of the cardio portion of the workout, Barbi introduces a wonderful core fusion interval which is then followed by a peaceful yoga stretch.
