Cardio Karate - Extreme Martial Conditioning 2 is set up in circuit-like fashion that challenges your cardiovascular system, balance, and pull-up strength. The exercises range from using your own bodyweight with Karate inspired moves, the use of dumbbells with compound exercises, pull-ups in different variations (there are modifications if a bar is not present), and active isometric recovery by holding Karate stances. This is a full-body heart-pounding session with extra emphasis on pull up strength. The workout also has a proper warm-up and stretch.
